The Role:  

 

Title: Service Charge Invoicing Officer
Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Location: West Ham Lane, Stratford or Sale Point, Manchester

Persona: Agile, office-based 20-40% (3-4 days homeworking, 1-2 days in office)
Salary: London Weighted  - Starting from £31,923 pa       

Outside London  - Starting from £28,045 pa

The Service Charge Invoicing Team here at L&Q are responsible for coding and processing Service Chargeable invoices submitted by external contractors.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to become part of the team.  Your role will be to accurately code and process high volumes of invoices and work effectively with stakeholders to support the correct allocation of costs and investigate any anomalies and coding issues.

You will need to:

  • Be numerate.
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience of Microsoft applications.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be team orientated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, whilst prioritising workload.

 

Previous experience of Service Charges, Ground Rent and Utility bills would be an advantage.
