Service Co-ordinator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Service Co-ordinator to join a leading drinks company based in Old Sarum. Service Co-ordinators are an important part of the team and would be responsible for planning jobs for the technicians covering the south of England.This is a full-time, temp to perm position.Duties as a Service Co-ordinator- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner- Monitor and arrange technicians' availability- Ordering and assigning equipment- Providing excellent customer service- Arranging drivers- Co-ordinating technicians- Making sure documentation is all up to date and correct- Being first point of contact for technicians and clientsRequirements:- Previous experience in a similar role- Good IT skills- Administration experience- Ability to work as part of a team- Microsoft office experience (Excel & word)- Willingness to learn- Positive energy and can do attitude- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Available immediatelyThis Service Co-ordinator position is working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5.00pm and paying GBP11.25 per hour.If you are interested in this position, please apply below or call Hannah at Pertemps Basingstoke
