Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Service Co-ordinator to join a leading drinks company based in Old Sarum. Service Co-ordinators are an important part of the team and would be responsible for planning jobs for the technicians covering the south of England.
This is a full-time, temp to perm position.
Duties as a Service Co-ordinator:
- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Monitor and arrange technicians' availability
- Ordering and assigning equipment
- Providing excellent customer service
- Arranging drivers
- Co-ordinating technicians
- Making sure documentation is all up to date and correct
- Being first point of contact for technicians and clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good IT skills
- Administration experience
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Microsoft office experience (Excel & word)
- Willingness to learn
- Positive energy and can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available immediately
This Service Co-ordinator position is working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5.00pm and paying £11.25 per hour.
