The Role:
As a Service Co-Ordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Logging new service calls and liaising with customers via the SAP Service Module and a Mobile Service App.
- Maintaining the SAP database, including sites and equipment.
- Keeping our customers updated on their open/ongoing repairs or orders.
- Collaborating with other internal departments when necessary.
- Undertaking general administrative duties to support the operation of the Service department.
The Candidate:
The ideal Service Co-Ordinator candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a varied administrative role within a busy environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A professional and courteous telephone manner.
The Package:
The Service Co-Ordinator role comes with a competitive salary of 22,672; with a bonus of 1,300 per annum.
