SalaryAdecco are delighted to be supporting our client based in Newbury who are recruiting a Service Coordinator. The role is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and offering a salary up to 28,000, plus company benefits including 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays and free onsite parking.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role as well as good geographical knowledge of the UK. Computer literate including Excel is essential and knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Analysis and processing of customer's enquiries
- Ensure that customer SLAs are met
- Selection of sub-contractors/engineers in line with policy
- Ensure engineer's routes follow a logical geographic path
- Allocate service calls to engineers and follow up
- Coordination of installation and commissioning works
- Customer satisfaction
- Managing variations and the processing of - Orders/Deliveries/Installations & Returns
- Processing Credits and Debits
- Ensuring swift completion of invoicing and payment
- Project completion overview and reporting of project completion
- Forecast invoicing values pending completion of works
- Stock management
- Purchase ordering of stock
- Daily and Weekly reporting
