Service Coordinator
Job Description
- Schedule work orders with suitable field engineers
- Liaise daily with engineers to ensure service jobs are completed
- Liaise with engineers for missing paperwork and certificates
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Raise Jobs following receipt of a client’s purchase order
- Monitor all service agreements to ensure visits are carried out as per contract
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- Raise callouts assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience working in a similar role scheduling engineers and administrative duties
- Competent using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems.
