We are searching for a candidate with experience in a service-based administration role. Ideally in service coordination, scheduling, planning or helpdesk.
Salary & Benefits:
- £28,000-£31,000 per annum
- Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM-5 PM, early finish on a Friday. (Could accommodate a different working schedule, a 9 AM start for example)

What will be expected of you:
The main purpose of the Service Coordinators role is to be the liaison between customers and engineers, regarding reactive maintenance and service call-outs.
- Deal with incoming service calls
- Logging of jobs that are called/emailed into the helpdesk
- Providing support to customers, over the phone
- Check warranty information
- Providing quotations to customers on spare parts and labour
- Coordinate, plan and schedule calls into engineers diaries
- Liaise with field-based engineers and subcontractors
- Ad-hoc administration tasks to support the business as a whole
What we are looking for:
- Ideally experience in a similar service coordination or helpdesk role, liaising with engineers
- Experience within an organised administrative role
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised with high attention to detail
- Desire to learn and develop, eagerness to get stuck in
- Ability to use MS Packages such as Word & Outlook
