This large and long-standing organisation is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing excellent service to their customers. This includes answering customer queries, dealing with transport queries, providing quotes to customers, liaising with sales reps, subcontractors, speaking with other internal departments including in-house transport. You will also be responsible for inputting information onto the system and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in administration and Customer Service will help you succeed in this role. You are bright and personable, as well as a team player. You have great communication skills and provide a high-quality service for your customers. You're highly organised with excellent attention to detail. You will ideally need a car to get to the office near Cadishead.
What you'll get in return
