Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Service Coordinatorto join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to be the point of contact between clients and engineers managing the diary and handling inbound calls.

This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm.
Reporting to the office manager your responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls and any customer or clients queries
• Managing the engineers diary and booking in appointments
• Sending and closing down job sheets from the engineers

• Experience within a busy environment
• Customer service skills
• Previous administrative experience desirable
• Ability to multi-task and be organised
