S20 locationImmediate start in January requiredGBP24,000 - GBP27,000 salary guide based on experience levelFull time hours 8.30 -5 Monday to Thursday. Early afternoon finish on FridaysYour new roleThis role will report to the Technical Services Team and provide support as the coordinator to the service department. This will be a busy role and our client is looking to appoint quickly into the position on a temporary to permanent basis due to some incoming projects - they need a quick start.The successful application will be able to demonstrate upon application the ability to complete the duties of the role as outlined below through previous work-based experience . Duties of the role will include ;- The main point of contact for coordination for the service department - this includes planning and coordinating all types of service works, repairs and emergency customer support relating to serviced contracts- The prompt response to customer queries - Extensive scheduling of engineers works , diary management, work planning, arranging subcontractor appointments and relevant paperwork- Project coordination - making sure the work of the Engineers is planned in efficiently and cost effectively - Management of the customer service database reschedules for servicing etc- Reporting on performance issues on projects- Working with the service admin and other departments- Use of MS Office and Sage experience preferred What you'll need to succeedThe successful applicant will be available to start with immediate effect and will be able to demonstrate on application having held a similar role previously.Excellent MS Office skills neededExperience of Sage preferable What you'll get in returnKEY VACANCY INFORMATIONThis position is a temporary to permanent ( subject to performance in the role)Location - Sheffield, office based 100%South Sheffield .
