What will a day in the life of a Service Coordinatorentail?
- You will manage a small team of staff and volunteers ensuring the people who need us receive the best possible service.
- You will meet with our service users and assess their needs, guiding or signposting them to connect with groups or to manage a health condition. You'll enable them to lead independent lives and improve their wellbeing.
- You will liaise with partnership agencies to promote the service and build meaningful links.
- You will produce and maintain monthly reports.
- Do you have strong leadership skills and a knack to get the best out of people?
- Are you a good communicator?
- Do you have knowledge of Health and Social Care services?
- Do you have a manual UK driving licence, held for minimum of two years, and access to a vehicle? (mileage will be paid).
