Reed are excited to be working with an engineering client based in Prudhoe who are looking to expand their Service Team.
The Service Coordinator will support the Service Team to assist with the smooth running of the department. As a coordinator you will schedule, monitor, control and manage planning of the field service engineers diaries.
The Service Coordinator role is critical to the effectiveness of the Service Team and must possess the following qualities:

Duties will include the following:
- Engineer job diary / logistics
- Appointments
- Quote parts and labour for site visits
- Customer contact
- Timesheets for engineers – collect timesheets from engineers and process
- Overtime claim form checking
- Service contract upkeep
- Repair jobs – Assign engineer to look at repair jobs, quote customer and chase quote, order parts from spares & progress
- Weekly activity spreadsheets – collate information from previous week’s service calendar and present in a spreadsheet format.
- Warranty issues
- Site inductions & Contractor safety cards
- Vehicle register
- Maintenance Reports
- General Telephone Enquiries
- Ad hoc admin duties
