Working for a leading manufacturing business in Sheffield you will be part of a small Service Department.

Temporary role for 6 months
Immediate start
Sheffield - S9 location
Salary guide £22,000 - £24,000
100% office based
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 16:00, Friday -39 hours
This role could become permanent subject to performance and the discretion of the business.
Your new role
You will report to the Technical Manager and be part of a small Service Coordination Team. This role would suit someone that has ideally held a similar role previously and is able to complete the duties of the role which are outlined below;
- Complete service coordination admin tasks to support the Field Service Engineer Team
-Diary management for the Field Service Engineer\'s workloads
-Service/ Test/ Repair work - complete admin tasks to support with service work including providing quotes and assigning work
-Preparation of Orders for the work to be passed to the Internal Sales Department
-Liaise with customers regarding annual test and inspections
-Update and maintenance of CRM
-IT skills required - Use of MS Office to a proficient/ confident level , SAP (advantageous not essential) CRM
What you\'ll need to succeed
Training will be given but experience of customer service admin or service coordination within a manufacturing-based company would be advantageous.
Excellent customer service admin and organisation skills required
A good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel is required.
