Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule the work diaries of our team of 100 engineers located throughout the UK.
Liaise with clients to schedule service appointments, ensuring prompt and efficient response to their needs.
Optimize engineer routes and schedules to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
Monitor and manage engineer availability, making adjustments as needed to accommodate urgent requests or changes in workload.
Provide support and assistance to engineers in the field, addressing any scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including appointment details, engineer assignments, and client communications.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a coordination or scheduling role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to accommodate varying workloads and prioritize tasks accordingly.
