Role
We have a fantastic Service Delivery Manager contract opportunity to work with a well-respected managed service organisation. As Service Delivery Manager, you will access all aspects of the Service Delivery function, ensuring quality is delivered whilst managing SLA performance against agreed targets. Where potential failures are observed, you will be able to instigate a program of Service Improvements, to be addressed in a timely manner. You will also be involved in assessing processes to understand potential gaps and take corrective actions to address them, as well as providing governance for internal teams, escalation of issues, arbitration of disagreements to ensure the smooth running of accounts. This role will involve engagement with multiple clients in the UK with a TCV <£5m.
Requirements
* Previous experience operating as an IT Service Delivery Manager
* Ensure that the service requirements of nominated customers are identified, understood, and captured as Service Level Requirements, a Service Level Agreement, and Operational Level Agreements and contracts.
* Knowledge of the entire Service Delivery Management lifecycle
* Strong Service Improvement skills
* Experience of continually improving the effectiveness and efficiency of IT processes and services
* Experience of liaising with, and ideally managing, external vendors
* Able to manage stakeholders and internal teams
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience of working with a managed service provider (MSP)
