The role: 

Our client is looking for a Lead Service Designer to join the ESMCP team, the successful applicant will design and deliver services that; support business needs; reuse existing service components; are proportionate and affordable; effectively span multiple suppliers, components, and support levels. You will produce comprehensive Service Designs, incorporating 3ES requirements, wider standards, and external suppliers. You will lead on programmes and projects of work, acting as a Subject Matter Expert and ensuring the design meets the user organisation and the wider Emergency Services Network needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work in creating the Service Operation Model for Live Services.
• To Lead the delivery of Service / Future Operating model.
• Supporting several workstreams in programme delivery - Air to Ground, Control Rooms, and Devices. 
• Capturing requirements which includes services for Procurement and Delivery of Products that are fit for the future operation.
