Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT? Join our dynamic IT team at Hazlewoods! As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for over 500 staff members across three main sites.

In this role, you will be part of a busy and friendly helpdesk team who are responsible for 1st and 2nd line technical support for all users across the firm. Alongside technical experience, we are looking for a calm, personable and organised individual who is happy working in a fast-paced environment.
