Service Desk Analyst

The Role

At Saint Gobain we are looking for IT Service Desk Analyst in East Leake to work in our IT support team helping to deliver a consistent level of service to our users

This is a great opportunity to join Saint Gobain's digital department as an IT Service Desk Analyst- you will be providing support across Saint Gobain's UK and Ireland multiple brands.

Our materials and solutions can be found everywhere in our living places and in daily life; in buildings, transportation, infrastructure and in many industrial applications.

The working hours on this role are Monday-Friday shifts between 8am and 6pm

What we're looking for:

• Experience of user/customer support.
• Excellent communication and people handling skills.
• The ability to empathise with our business customers.
• The ability to offer a support service committed to service level agreements.
• IT hardware, comms equipment, and system knowledge.

What you will be doing:

• Responding to phone, live chat, email and self-service support request
• Providing an efficient, personalised support service to our business users.
• Ensuring that work is correctly prioritised and actioned to meet fixed business service levels agreements and deadlines.
• Answering calls/call logs promptly, in a professional service led manner.
