Service Desk Analyst to join our client on a 2-month initial contract, which is Inside IR35. Based in Chelmsford you will be expected to work
On-Site 5 days per week .
You will be reporting to the IM&T Service Desk Specialist/Team Manager. You will provide first line technical support to the Trusts IT users, located across all sites:

Essential Skillset:Diploma Certificate in IT or equivalent knowledge/ experience.ECDL or equivalent knowledge.Working knowledge of MS Windows Operating SystemsWorking knowledge of Windows Server and Active DirectoryWorking knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless networking, and structured cabling topologies.Working knowledge of MS Office applications.Previous working knowledge and experience Supporting IT systems.
Desirable :
