IT Service Desk Analyst

We are currently working with a top tier law firm based in central Liverpool who are seeking an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst.
Your responsibilities.
You will be responsible for providing a range of telephone and email-based support to all users, across both software and hardware related issues:
- Microsoft 365
- Windows 10
- AD
- Exchange
- iManageDMS
- BigHand
Your Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a high-pressure environment.
- 1-3 years of IT support experience within a law firm or professional services organisation.
- Passionate about customer service and emerging technology.
