Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst looking to make a significant impact in a thriving Service Delivery organization? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Due to our rapid growth, we are expanding our Service Desk Team, and we want you to be a part of it.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service delivery. Here's what we're looking for in the ideal candidate.

What you will bring:
•    Accurately log and record call details
•    Use scripts, personal skills, and knowledge to resolve incidents at 1st line.
•    Provide feedback to service areas on events and deficiencies in service provision as perceived by users.
•    Create known errors, log, and assist in the maintenance of known error database.
•    Installation of software at user level.
•    Create remote connections and support users.
•    Perform 1st line Server Administration tasks.
•    Adding users to Active Directory object groups.
•    Microsoft Office 2010 diagnostics and support
•    Windows 7/10 Performance diagnostics, Application Error logging and reporting.
•    Windows 7/10 user support.
•    Microsoft Exchange basic administration
•    Perform 1st line Network diagnostics.

It would be great if you had:
•    Experience in an IT customer focused environment
•    Ability to diagnose faults and resolve calls at 1st line.
•    Experience in a complex IT support environment
•    Experience with Windows 10/7, MS Office 2016 applications to include Outlook support.
•    Knowledge of Virtualisation and Cloud Services.

Salary: £24,500 to £27,500
