Job Introduction

We are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to join our Rapport team, based at our client's stunning new state of the art office in Canary Wharf. The client is a renowned financial institution, providing you with a great opportunity to deliver excellent customer service in a highly efficient, professional, and friendly team of 17 ambassadors.

This role is 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, covering shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM as per the client’s needs.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the heartbeat of our organisation, seamlessly managing call services, help desk inquiries, and meeting room bookings. More than just administrative tasks, you'll be at the center of knowledge and excellence, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating collaboration across departments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a main point of contact for key stake holders in the business and building strong relationships
  • Making sure both external and internal calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Managing external meeting room & car parking bookings
  • Carrying out administrative duties of systems used on site
  • Managing helpdesk system and ensuring tickets are closed in a timely manner and escalated when appropriate
  • Providing accurate reports to client and management
