Service Desk Engineer

  • Salary up to £25,000 + shift allowance + benefits
  • Central Manchester based office, full onsite requirement with allocated shift pattern
  • Service Desk, Active Directory, Communication, Customer Service, IT, First Line Support, PC, Software

What will you be doing?

This role requires someone with excellent customer service, and communication skills to be able to support the Service Desk on first line support queries. This means handling internal requests for ticket escalations and queries, working across both phone calls and emails, to provide remote support and fixes.

Skills needed:

  • Previous experience in a Service Desk Engineer role
  • Ability to be self-sufficient
  • Technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
