We are seeking an Engaging Service Desk Engineer Level 1.5 to join our dynamic team!
Salary: Up to £30k (depending on experience)
Location: EC1, London Postcode
Work Environment: Fully Office-Based ✨

In this role, you will:
✅ Provide exceptional technical support to our valued clients
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
✅ Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates
Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Desk Engineer Level 2
✔️ Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✔️ Familiar with working to SLA's
