Service Director – Education and Inclusion
Salary - £88,078 - £93,150
Location – Hybrid (Grimsby/Cleethorpes/Home)
As our Service Director leading this area, you will be responsible for the statutory responsibilities of the council and leading key services within Education and Inclusion. Your role will involve facilitating a great working relationship with our schools, key stakeholders and partners, including Ofsted and DfE to ensure a coherent approach to inclusion and access across settings. You'll also lead the drive across all schools and settings for improved standards and attainment, especially for vulnerable learners.
About You
You will be an education professional, with a deep understanding and passion for schools and school improvement that will enable you to further develop and nurture the close working relationships we already have with our schools and communities.
The successful candidate will be an inspirational and professional leader, who will strengthen skills and competence and foster a strong culture of teamwork, performance and accountability, through learning, coaching and development within there services.
You will have the vision, drive and resilience continue driving our transformation journey and build on the successes of the last few months, engaging with our staff, partners, and communities to improve the outcomes for children, young people, and families within North East Lincolnshire.
You will be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and keen to work in an ambitious and forward-thinking culture.
