Service Engineer
Our client is looking for an experienced Service Engineer for the maintenance and installation of cutting and machining centres and welding and cleaning machines in the upvc and aluminium window and double glazing industry. Ideally you will have experience of installation and maintenance of upvc or aluminium window and double glazing manufacturing machinery.
The machine range is for the preparation of extruded window profiles, in routing and detail preparation, cutting and welding so an electro / mechanical background would be ideal with CNC experience desirable but not essential.

As a Service Engineer working primarily from the head office you will be involved in setting up new and reconditioned machines in preperation for on site installation. The Future
There is a team of field based Service Engineers throughout the UK, but this position is primarily office based, looking after machine set-ups prior to on site installations.You will be expected to support large installations from time to time. Ongoing training will obviously be provided and this will require visits to factories in Europe periodically. There is great scope for progression within the company.
