The ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy sales support department and have at least 2 years managerial/supervisory experience. This is a busy and varied role and will require the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

• Lead, manage and be accountable for the Sales Administration Support Team
• Process sales orders
• Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
• Review, evaluate and improve client SLA's and be instrumental in process development
• Sales Administration
• Key client customer relationship management

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Previous experience working in a sales support, customer service or account management role
• Managerial or supervisory experience
• Excellent Excel skills
• A professional and confident communicator
• The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
