AddressCommunity Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional for a Service Manager based in Tuebrook, Liverpool
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Service Leader, as you will lead a team of Support Workers working within a Nursing care home of 20 residents we currently support here.
