Lead a team of dedicated service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Develop and implement strategic service initiatives to drive operational efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Preferred Requirements:
Proven track record in service management within the retail car dealerships.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years in this role in a franchised car dealership.
