Job Title: Service Manager (Care Home)

Location: Fife

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Safeguarding and Adult Protection procedures.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies, ensuring safety.
• Operate in full compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies.
• Deliver person-cantered care and support to the highest standards.
• Drive financial performance, promote the service, and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and maintain open communication.
• Ensure HR policies are followed, promoting effective HR practices.
• Lead a culture of innovation, learning, and success.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Active NMC PIN (Nursing and Midwifery Council PIN).
• Previous Care Home experience.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience.
