Technical Services Manager

Salary: 60k + 550 Car Allowance P/M + 22.5% Bonus

What you'll be doing;

• Manage the Technical Services Team to deliver water and wastewater services to the Ministry of Defence in Scotland.
  
• Oversee the Operations and Maintenance sub-contractor's performance
  
• Lead contract management activities, delivering the required scope in an efficient manner and minimising commercial risks
  
• Manage and maintain relationships with the client and multiple stakeholders across military sites in Scotland
  
• Manage specialist team to deliver data collection and analysis of water distribution in order to measure consumption and minimise water loss across the MOD estate
  
• Lead the formal reporting and presenting to the client
  
• Ensuring all operations, assets and discharges are compliant with legal, safety and environmental obligations
  
• Explore other revenue streams within the MOD sector
  

What we're looking for;

• Educated to a degree level within Science or Engineering
  
• Understanding all of the aspects of the water industry operations
  
• Significant experience within contract management
  
• Experience managing a team of technical staff
  
• Project management experience
