Service Manager (Mental Health)

Are you looking for your next leadership role and have experience working within a Mental Health support service or supporting those with chronic health conditions? You would be working for a large charity organisation as a Service Manager based in Chertsey supporting a team of 5-8 employment specialists ensuring the delivery of a quality of service.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing frontline staff.
• Managing day to day running of the service.
• Providing support to the business development team.
• Nurturing relationships with GP Surgeries, Job Centres and other support services.
• Inducting and training of staff.

The role is purely office based (Monday to Friday 9-5) with some travel for meetings and checking in with clients and employment specialist so driving is essential for the role.
