Service Manager

We have an outstanding opportunity to join a successful dealer group as Service Manager at their busy franchised dealership in Guilford.It is essential that you have excellent attention to detail, as well as the relevant technical and professional qualifications and experience of the aftersales/service side of the retail motor industry at management level. This is an important site for the group, with a team that includes 9 technicians, 4 service advisors and a parts advisor and as such, our client is looking for a successful Service Manager with experience of running substantial quality service departments - and you must also have a good track record of delivering strong CSI scores and an excellent understanding of, and focus on, good service process.
The package on offer includes basic salary up to £40000 & OTE of £55000 which reflects the size of this opportunity. You will also receive a company car and other benefits commensurate with a position of this seniority in a well respected group.
