Lynx are working with a globally renowned, integrated IT solutions company who have implemented a new division within the business and are now hiring a brand new team to execute these particular client requirements.
The Service Operations Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations and will have proven success managing several customer accounts simultaneously, ensuring projects are progressing accordingly and are on par with customer expectations.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Automation or Machine Learning exposure
- People Management experience
- Experience managing technical teams
- Vendor management experience
- Field Service management
- Budget management
- Microsoft Office exposure
The role is twice - three times a week in their Northampton office depending on workload.
