liveArgyll are seeking to recruit to the exciting new position of Services and Support Manager.
We are looking for someone with the ambition, drive and experience to fill the role of Services and Support Manager. This new key role will be a pivotal member of the of the Senior Management Team and have responsibility for developing, supporting and managing the oversight of the delivery of a range of service and Support functions.
The post holder will work to ensure that the Trust’s governance, performance and Support framework is aligned to statutory and business requirements. The post holder will provide expert management advice to the Senior Management team and Board.
The post holder will also be someone who can quickly gain the trust and credibility of key stakeholders and staff.
This is a challenging but rewarding role requiring adaptability, diplomacy and tenacity utilising experience and skills to influence and Support teams to realise our objectives.
This is a unique opportunity to develop and shape Services and Support functions and to embed a data driven approach which supports performance improvement and company objectives
The post holder will drive performance improvements and organisational effectiveness through the greater use of data by leading, promoting and training staff in the effective use of data, information, knowledge and tools in supporting strategic, performance and operational decision making.
A solutions based approach to business is essential alongside change management skills.
The successful candidate will be progressive and passionate with the initiative and resilience to lead and manage multiple service /support activities developing high performing teams and driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
This is a full time, permanent position, working 35 hours per week.
