What you would do as our Setter Operator
We are looking for 2 Setter Operators who can cover a rotating 3 shift pattern, and can set and operate various equipment in YDWS,
Reporting into the Supervisor - YDWS, you would:
- Set and operate various equipment/ machinery such as; Plastic Moulding, 2nd Operations and Flexipress Machines, C-Frame and Servo Feed Presses.
- Be required to read Component Drawings, FPPO (First Piece Pass Off) and LPPO (Last Piece Pass Off).
- Be responsible for admitting tools for repair and maintenance.
- Complete quality checks and documentation in line with schedules.
- Work to the job schedule issued to the section.
- Maintain and push to improve safety and quality standards.
The Skills and Experience you need:
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds an FLT & Bendi License
- Has a Power Press Certificate.
- Is experienced in working in a manufacturing facility.
- Has good attention to detail and is able to identify defects and faults.
