Main purpose of the role:
Preparation, set up and service of the food and bar service areas, you’ll ensure a high level of efficiency whilst maintaining and improving standards and quality of service and food.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will review and monitor cash floats, ensure equipment maintenance, and ensure all F&B areas are always presentable and tidy, to ensure the best experience for all of your customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cashing up
- Managing Service
- Train, manage and motivate staff
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about menu.
Necessary Criteria
- 2 years experience in restaurant or food serving outlet
- Cash handling experience
Desirable Criteria
- 1 year in supervisory or senior role
- Cashing up & stock control experience
