Hours Per week: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 3.00pm Friday

As a Shipping Administrator your duties will include.
- Raising and issuing shipping documents.
- Liaising with Freight Forwarders via email, online portals and over the telephone.
- Recording shipment details.
- Following up on Shipments not collected with 48 hours.
- Tracking Shipments daily acting on any issues should they arise.
- Filling all documents with the systems for audit purposes.
The successful candidate for the Shipping Administrator role will also need the following skills.
- Experienced IT user ideally using SAP would be advantageous.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Accurate with inputting data into systems.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
