Job purpose
As part of the growth of our accessible luxury lingerie and nightwear brand, we are now looking for a bright and hardworking person to join our dynamic Marketing Department in the role of Shoot Production Marketing Assistant.
The Shoot Production Marketing Assistant’s role is to help ensure that the Marketing Team is producing Ecommerce and Campaign shoots in a timely and efficient manner. Full training will be provided. This is the perfect first role for someone who wants to break into fashion marketing.
The main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with the Ecommerce and Buying teams once it has been identified that there is sufficient product to fill two days worth of shooting.
- Keeping the calendar for the brand’s Photographic Studio in Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, and ensuring it is clean & tidy before and after each shoot.
- Liaising with the Marketing Director and Head of Brand & Community to confirm bookings for Ecommerce shoot Models, Hair & Make-Up Artist, Stylist, Photographer and equipment, including sending out call sheets to the above.
- Setting up and maintaining a database of models post Casting Session approved for usage by the Marketing Team for Ecommerce and Campaign Shoots.
- Attending the Studio the day before the shoot to work alongside the Ecommerce Assistant in setting up the product ready to be photographed, in the correct order and collecting any props required.
- On the day of the shoot, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting the Photographic Team and helping them get set up in a timely fashion
- Running - getting coffees, lunches, etc - to help ensure the Team stays focused on getting the images
- Working with the Ecommerce Assistant to ensure that the workflow and administrative processes are followed correctly and that the product folders are set up accurately
- You may be asked to adjust the product on the model on set (training to be provided)
- Ensuring that contact sheets are sent by the Photographer to the Marketing Director and Head of Brand & Community
- Working with the Ecommerce Assistant to ensure that product is correctly packaged up ready to return to Head Office or the warehouse as directed.
- Liaising with the Retoucher to ensure that all retouched images are uploaded to the correct folder on the Shared Drive
- Ensuring stock is returned to Head Office/the warehouse
- Quarterly organising of an external company to come in and clean the Studio
Campaign Shoot Production Assistance:
- Assisting the Marketing Director and Head of Brand & Community in the administration of setting up Campaign Shoots, covering items as diverse as sharing call sheets to taking behind the scenes footage of the shoot on an iPhone
- Post shoot returning samples and completing paperwork.

- Accurate Excel/Google docs skills
