Manchester Staff is currently looking for a talented Accounting Professional to join a leading pensions company dedicated to providing exceptional financial services and solutions. Position Overview:
As a member of the Admin team, you will be a highly skilled and detail-oriented SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension) Pensions Administrator. The successful candidate will play a key role in the efficient administration of SIPP pensions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
  • Handle client queries related to SIPP pensions, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Administration:
  • Process and manage SIPP pension applications, contributions, transfers, and withdrawals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client transactions and communications.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping:
  • Prepare and review documentation related to SIPP pension transactions.
  • Maintain organized and secure electronic and physical records of client information.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their SIPP pensions and address any concerns.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to SIPP pensions promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems and improve processes.
  • Stay Informed:
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to SIPP pensions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in SIPP pensions administration.
  • Strong understanding of pension regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using pension administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
