Your new company
You will be working for a construction group based in the South Birmingham area. With a workforce of 6,000+ employees, they operate across the public, regulated, and private sectors. You will be working as a Site Administrator based in South Birmingham. You must be able to drive due to the location of the site.
Your new role
As Site Administrator, you will coordinate health and safety documents for contractors by collaborating health and safety documents, reviewing risk assessments and compliance. You must maintain accurate records of contractor submissions. You will meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner. You will sign in all visitors following the appropriate personnel. Within this role, you will be responsible for general administration including managing calls, emails and scheduling. You will also disseminate approved safety guidelines, policies, and updates to contractors. You must be able to utilise electronic systems and maintain records on databases. You will be based on a site in the South Birmingham area.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have relevant and recent experience to succeed in the role as Site Administrator. Ideally, you will have worked for a large construction organisation so able to understand all site management and the importance of health and safety for contractors. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices would be desired for the role. You must be able to use all Microsoft packages and update records on an electronic system.
