Are you a skilled and organised Site Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a prestigious high rise residential project in Birmingham City Centre? We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team as a Project Administrator for a leading main contractor.
As a prominent main contractor in the construction industry, you will be site based on a landmark high rise residential scheme located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.
The Role:
As a Site Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of the project. Working closely with the project management team on-site, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Managing communication channels between various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Coordinating meetings, schedules, and appointments for the project team.
- Maintaining accurate records of project expenses, budgets, and resources.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the project.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
