REED is recruiting for a General Works/Cleaning Operative to join the team with our fantastic client in Stevenage. Reporting directly to the Branch & Sales manager, you will be responsible for keeping the branch clean, delivering items to customers, assisting with the cleaning, washing, valeting and the general assembly of machinery.
The Role:
- Maintain the Branch cleanliness
- Assisting Sales & Service with cleaning machinery
- Wash/prepare machines
- Assist with preparation of new machinery
- Delivery/collection of parts & goods
- Cleaning of the yard
- Organising machinery storage
Key Skills:
- Fantastic people skills
- Enjoys working with the general public
- Thrives in a busy atmosphere
- Ability to work alone
- Can use their own initiative
- Good level of fitness as this is a very hands-on role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full driver's license
