Experience from site working to IT led office skills - the more experience you have the better
Ideally, we are looking for is someone who has had experience out on site or in a similar construction role, that now wants to work in the office in more of a project coordinator role, with the chance of progression to a project manager.
You will need to have relatively strong IT skills, as the administrative part of the role would still need to be done, however, due to the fact they would have site experience, they would be able to be more involved with the actual running of the projects, not just doing paperwork as instructed. They could also attend sites/site meetings along with our current site managers to gain more experience within the industry, with the view of also becoming a site manager.
