Site Engineer We're looking for a Site Engineer to join our Kier Rail team and help with the delivery of our Willenhall to Darlaston project. Location : Darlaston, West Midlands - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required Business Area: Transportation, Rail Contract : Full Time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know Responsibilities Kier Rail division design and build a wide range of rail infrastructure projects for a diverse customer base. Our projects range from major improvements to complete construction of new stations, with specialist teams, we manage complex works from conception through to Entry Into Service (EIS) and handover As a Site Engineer, you'll be working within the Rail team, supporting them with the design and build of two new stations at Willenhall and Darlaston in the West Midlands. Your day to day will include: Reviewing design solutions in accordance with Network Rail design standards, procedures and requirements and any specific parameters Implement the setting out of the design on site. Contribute to compliance with the Quality Management Systems including site specific audits. Contribute to the regular reporting of progress to clients by communicating with line managers regarding their progress against planned programme. Input into the Health and Safety File in accordance with Network Rail requirements. What are we looking for? This role of Site Engineer is great for you if: Appropriate qualification in Civil Engineering.
