Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to lead our team for a long-term project in the picturesque Hassocks Estate, Brighton. This is an immediate start position with a competitive daily rate of £250 on CIS/UTR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors and on-site personnel.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines.
- Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and quality.
