A specialist civils sub-contractor who mainly work in the refurbishment sector are looking for a Site Manager for one their cut & carve projects in the West End
As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of this important project. Your responsibilities will include but not exclusive to:
•Understand and interpret drawings and specifications
•Provide expertise and support to the project team
•Produce good quality, accurate monthly reports for the Client and internally
Key skills;
•Management
•Demolition
•Experience working for a sub-contractor (ideal)
•IT
Qualifications:
•SSSTS (essential)
•SMSTS (ideal)
•CSCS
•TWC
Working Hours: 8am - 5:30pm
This role may also be known as Site Manager, Sub agent, Site Agent, Site Supervisor and Senior Engineer
