Job Description
- Responsible for managing small works projects on live refurbishment sites including schools, hospitals etc.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor and control project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Manager in live refurbishment projects (preferable)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
