AddressProman is looking for a Site Manager in North East Anglia area with flexibility to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver site activities and to support the Project team to deliver the construction works.
- To have sectional/partial accountability for successful project delivery including; initiation, planning, design, delivery, monitoring, commissioning and handover/close out.
- Safely and sustainably deliver the construction works
- Manage site resource to deliver the construction activity
- Monitor to ensure works are delivered compliantly
- Produce required records in a timely manner
- Effectively manage and care for the people delivering the work
- Support/Assists the Project manager/Project Director to deliver the project
- A change agent that provides management, leadership and inspires a multi-disciplinary team to achieve a common goal
- To determine the most appropriate means of satisfying customer/project requirements, objectives and constraints; time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits
Requirements:
- Previous experience working for National Grid and TP Processes (TP137)
- Previous overhead line experience (132kv, 275kv, 400kv)
- Overhead line metal pylons
- Hold a valid CSCS / SSSTS / SMSTS
- Flexibility to travel all over UK (Bristol, Newbury, etc)
About the position:
- Temp to perm position with an initial temporary contract of 6 months. Project is 5 years.
- Pay rate between £400 to £600 depending on experience
