SalaryMy client is looking for a Rail experienced Building Site Manager for 5 months work on the fit-out of a station facility in Banbury.
SMSTS & first Aid required.
All works are self delivered, bar M&E. You will be the No.1 on site in charge of NR paperwork, WPP's, task briefs & inductions and managing the site folder.
You will need buidling / Fit-out experience on jobs up to the value of £1m.
9 hours a day - 8am-5pm
Paid LTD outside IR35
up to £350 a day
